DISPATCH AND DELIVERIES POLICY
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for all delivery enquiries. We ship all orders in the order that they are received. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or major New Zealand and Australian Public Holidays.
All orders are placed inside shipping bags. We treat your order with care but cannot guarantee that the postal carrier will show the same courtesy. We cannot be responsible for mistakes made by the postal carrier including misdirected, lost or damaged shipments. Should the postal carrier damage your e-liquid order in transit, it can cause the e-liquid to spill. Any spills will be contained within the ziplock bag. To ensure parcels arrive as safely as they leave, all parcels require a signature on arrival with the postal carrier.
FREE SHIPPING: Free standard shipping is offered throughout New Zealand and Australia for all orders over NZ$100.
Please note that we do not recommend using the built-in USB charging feature on mods that use replaceable lithium ion cells. Lithium ion batteries must be balance charged using a proper external charger to avoid damaging the cells and to reduce the risk of venting. Micro and mini USB ports are notoriously fragile and as such we do not offer a warranty or repair service on any USB charging ports if you choose to ignore this warning.
Due to standard postal carrier policies, all lithium-ion batteries sold separately cannot be shipped via express post (air) as they are deemed a dangerous good.
Lithium-ion batteries present a fire and safety risk if transported by air craft. New Zealand and Australian postal providers may limit how many lithium batteries can be sent, and we are required to send these items in compliance with New Zealand, Australian and international regulations.
Vape Vendor takes no responsibility for delays, damage or loss of parcels due to customer requested redirects with New Zealand and Australian postal providers. Please ensure the address details provided at the time of order are correct. Please contact us at email@example.com prior to order dispatch if address details require updating.
RETURN TO SENDER
Parcels that are return to sender (RTS) will incur an NZ$10 fee.
